"Over countless photo shoots I have explored all of these areas, some in more detail than others. I have learned that although the landscapes themselves do not change significantly, my understanding of them has ripened and my attitude towards them has matured. They are now old friends. I have also found that on those creative occasions where everything gels, the process of capturing an image really can transcend the mundane and reach a different level. When it does, it's no exaggeration to say that photography has given me some of the best days of my life. I hope these images give you something of the same pleasure".
